Closing on a home during the pandemic

May 5, 2020 0 Closing

Read the article in the Tennesseean, “Closing on a home during the pandemic isn’t easy, but Nashville buyers, builders, agents are getting it done”

Thank you, Nashville!

The Red Seal Homes family would like to thank our proud and positive associates, buyers and neighbors for helping us succeed through these challenging times. It’s heartening to see everyone working together to keep each other safe and healthy. And it’s an honor to keep building and selling our beautiful townhomes to people who clearly have faith in the future.

Sarah Seidel could have missed the chance to achieve her dream of buying her first home, but she was able to move in thanks to her determination not to quit and a lot of help from her Realtor and her builder.

Our COVID-19 policy

April 6, 2020 0 News

NOW, MORE THAN EVER, WE WANT YOU TO BE SAFE AT HOME. HERE’S OUR POLICY ON COVID-19.

All of us at Red Seal Homes are doing everything possible to do what is right during this difficult time amid the COVID-19 crisis.

Like you, we are diligently following the health and safety recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (www.CDC.gov) by keeping all our facilities clean and the majority of our people working from home to ensure their safety. We also understand and believe that life goes on. And many families are still planning to take advantage of the historically low mortgage rates to buy a new home. To help you continue your search, we are proud to offer several options to make the process easy and safe:

  • Virtual appointments and showings with our professional sales associates
  • Online tours and virtual walk-thrus
  • Photo and video galleries

For those who have already purchased homes that are currently under construction with us, rest assured that because we’re an essential industry, we can continue moving forward on-site. Our teams of contractors and workers are doing everything they can do deliver homes on time while safely social distancing.

We hope and pray this crisis ends soon, and we can all get back to work, school and our friends and extended family. Until then, please stay well in the comfort of your home and enjoy this unexpected extended time with your family.

From our family to yours, stay healthy.
Stay safe. Stay home.

Like our friend Mike Meyers, you may be gaining at least a pound a day during the CV19 crisis. He’s become a human refrigerator magnet. If it wasn’t for his 17 daily dog walks, he would surely explode from constant eating and complete lack of exercise. Join him at the pick-up windows or six feet away from each other curb-side of these fine and fulfilling neighborhood restaurants. He’s the one that has eclipsed the entire block.
