Fusion to include workforce housing.
Site work is under way and construction should begin soon at Fusion, which will have 28 semi-custom townhomes with prices starting in the upper $500,000s as well as nine workforce condos with prices starting in the mid-$200,000s for a 740-square-foot, one-bedroom residence. The condos are reserved for buyers who work inside Davidson County.
“It was important to give something back,” said Brian Hoffman, co-owner of Red Seal Homes. “Condos designed for teachers, policemen, the real Nashville workforce.”
